How can I order and what is your Live Schedule?
You can order through our website, or join our live session on Facebook every Monday to Saturday (11am to 12:30 pm) – (2pm to 4pm) – (5pm to 7pm).
When is your Wholesale Box Live session?
We also have Wholesale box live session every Wednesday (5pm to 7pm) and Friday (5pm to 6pm).
You can also order Wholesale boxes through our website.
How do I know my order is confirmed during Live Session?
During live, first to comment mine/m (First miner basis according to Seller Screen). Regular Registered miners / Resellers will be prioritize.
How can I cancel code which I mined during live session?
Kindly be responsible during mining in live, we are flexing every book / bundle by code with price. Once mined, cancellation is not allowed. Cancel one, cancel all. So mine responsibly.
Dear miners and Valued customers, It’s your responsibility to check which titles / bundles / books you mined. Codes which are flexed will not be changed OR replaced.

How can I order from website?
You can browse through our wide variety of books available on website. Once you find your desired book, you can add it to cart and checkout directly or fill your cart with more books before proceeding to checkout.
Shipping and Delivery FAQs
What is your mode of delivery?
Our mode of delivery is Shopee checkout / (Pick Up) Lalamove.
How to checkout my orders?
After sending payment, kindly confirm if you want us to pack or PILE UP your items. Note that reservation time after mining is 24 hrs. After payment, you can pile up for maximum 1 week. (NO RUSH SHIPPING).
Due to lack of storage space, kindly checkout your parcels within 24 hrs after receiving link. We will not be responsible if the box is damaged during shifting of boxes to manage space.
How to change courier?
Few minutes (5-10 mins) AFTER checkout, you can change the courier from your Shopee account settings.
Do note that we have experienced lost parcels with SPX, they have no customer support or follow-up options about parcels.
Why is my parcel delayed during shipping?
After handing the parcel to your selected Shopee courier. We will not be responsible for delays or lost parcel in deliveries. Kindly contact with Shopee or your selected courier. Thank you.
I have already checkout my order from shopee, when will I receive my refund?
After checking out your order and confirming us. Next day after its shipped, refund will be sent. The amount which is declared in the listing is refunded to your provided gcash details. Do note, refunds may take up to 24 or 48 hrs to send. Thank you for your patience.
How can I claim / Ask for refund?
We will not accept any claims without video proof while opening box. Kindly show the issue of your claim and code associated with it (Must mention date). We sell pre-loved books, all books are sold as-is.
What is your pick up details?
Kindly DM us on Facebook for pick up details.
After booking Lalamove (RIDER) kindly share us rider details so we can verify. Rider name and plate number should be visible in screenshot.
What is your pick up timings?
Our pick up timings are between 2pm to 6pm only. Kindly inform us 1 day in advance if you want to pick up your items (paid).
Do note we have line up of pickups. You may have to wait depending on your turn. Thank you for your cooperation and patience.
Why is my shipping fee high?
For shipping fees rates, kindly contact with Shopee. You will pay shipping fee upon checkout. The amount which is declared in the listing is refunded to your provided GCash details.
Shipping fees depends on your location, box size & weight.
